Seeding good futures for the people of Vic Park.
Help us build a future that values dignity, equity, and community.
About the trust
We are a community wellbeing trust dedicated to improving the wellbeing, resilience, dignity, and livability for people who live in and around Victoria Park, Western Australia.
This DGR1, community-led fund to enable Vic Park people to respond proactively to local challenges and opportunities. We’re proudly set up as a sub-fund under Fremantle Foundation.
Our areas of charitable focus are:
Fun, placemaking and liveability of Vic Park
Climate resilience (cooling homes, streets and more)
Community wealth building:
Prioritising community ownership of assets and ventures
Keeping money circulating locally rather than extracted elsewhere
Getting more use out of common resources through repair, sharing and circular economy.
Equity and dignity in participating in the life of Vic Park- a place where everyone can belong and contribute.
A message from our founding committee
If it’s within your means to make a tax-deductable donation, even a small one, your contribution can help us realise our vision.
Donations are fully tax deductible via the Fremantle Foundation. Our first goal is to raise $100,000 by the end of 2026. We will start granting once we get to $50,000 while setting some aside into growing reserve towards bigger projects. Thank you for joining us in seeding good futures for the people of Vic Park!
Help us change lives and make Vic Park a better place.
By supporting local organisations and community groups through financial contributions or offering your time and skills, you can help address pressing social issues.
